"Picture day scheduling was easy"
Scheduling our school picture day through inter-state.com was painless. I could see the available dates, times, and what we needed to do without having to click around forever (which I really appreciated).
We ended up needing to move one slot, and that was simple enough too. The reminder was helpful since school tasks can pile up fast (and they always do). No complaints from me.

"Pretty much what I expected in a good way"
I figured Inter-State would do a solid job since I’ve heard decent things before, and this experience kind of confirmed that for me. The photographer at my kid’s school was really professional and patient, and he didn’t make the kids feel rushed or awkward. My child seemed comfortable, which matters a lot to me. The pictures turned out good too, so overall it was a easy, positive experience.

I mostly use Inter-State Studio to check on my account and keep an eye on my orders, so I really just need the login to be quick and hassle-free.
So far, it’s been great. The page loads fast, my info is there when I expect it to be, and I haven’t run into any annoying password reset loops or random sign-in issues like I have on other sites.

"Good Value for the Price"
I’d use Inter-State Studio again, mainly because the price felt fair. Compared to other sites, it seemed like a good value and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. Nothing fancy, but the whole thing was easy enough and the cost made sense.

"Tracking was clear, for the most part"
I used the shipping tracking on inter-state.com, it worked well for me. I was able to see the updates, and it was easy enough to tell, where my package was along the way. One of the updates seemed to come in a little late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit, but the package still showed up on time. Overall, good experience, just not quite perfect

"Better Than I Expected"
I ordered my kid’s school pictures from inter-state.com a couple weeks ago, and when they arrived, I was happy with them. The photo quality was really good, and the colors looked clear and natural instead of blurry or off like some school pictures we’ve gotten in past years. The whole ordering process didn’t take long either, and the website was easy enough to figure out. After seeing how the prints turned out this time, I’d definitely order from them again next school year...

I ordered some photos from Inter-State Studio, the print quality was better than I expected. The colors came out clean, not blurry at all—well, actually, sharper than I thought they’d be, and the paper felt nice too. Happy with the whole thing.
